What Name Badge Creator does
Name Badge Creator is a free badge editor for event organizers, teachers and office managers. Import an attendee list from Excel, CSV or pasted rows, choose one of its original templates, add your logo and colors, and download every badge in one print-ready file.
It fits each name within a readable minimum size and flags any that still do not fit, so nobody gets a name cut off or shrunk to nothing. Roles, QR codes and badge colors can come straight from your list.
When the list changes the night before, re-import it: you see who was added, changed or removed, and can print just the changes.

Excel (.xlsx), CSV, TSV or rows pasted from Google Sheets, mapped to badge fields with a preview. Names are never re-cased without your say.

Original, editable templates: logo, brand colors, fonts, background art, and text, image, shape and QR elements you can move and resize.

Names that fit
Each name is sized to fit above a readable minimum. Anything that still does not fit is flagged for review, never cut off.

Privacy
Attendee lists stay in your browser while you design. Signed-in projects, including their lists, are stored on Cloudflare so you can reprint, and are deleted with the account. An anonymous copy of design settings (no attendee data) helps improve the tool.
